Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 4-6 pitted dates chopped
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup espresso or very strong coffee
Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk until hot but not boiling.
Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix (or blender) and blend on high for 2 minutes.
Serve in a mug topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
