Roughly chop the butter lettuce, wash, spin/dry, and place in a serving bowl. Any good quality lettuce or greens can be used. I just like how the texture and flavor of butter lettuce work with bacon.
Add bacon, tomatoes, and avocado to the lettuce and toss with the vinaigrette dressing or your dressing of choice.
Ranch or blue cheese dressings work well too but of course, that wouldn't be whole30 :)
