Ingredients
2cupscoconut milk
4-6pitted dateschopped
1/4cuppumpkin puree
1/2tspcinnamon
1/4tsppumpkin pie spice
1/4cupespresso or very strong coffee
Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the coconut milk until hot but not boiling.
Combine all ingredients in a Vitamix (or blender) and blend on high for 2 minutes.
Serve in a mug topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
